Hagen 67243 F: Hero FF: Horex. Was an imported bull to South Africa. Kykso Simmentalers used semen from Hagen.

Kykso Hadau

Kykso Hadau, a Hagen son, has 1,31% blood share (bull with second highest) in the Simmentaler population in South Africa. The blood contribution of Hadau’s son’s stands out. There are 30 of them with more than 50 progeny and the most important are Kykso Haped, (with nearly 1000 recorded progeny), Congosim Bali, Meerhof Hadau, Kykso Hami (His two sons Kykso Hamger and Kykso Miju also have each over 100 recorded progeny), Kykso Hagez, Kykso Hadju, Kykso Hadat,  and De Dam Voltreffer. Daune Mother of Kykso Hadau

Mother of Kykso Hadau: Daune**, a Kykso Kaimat daughter from the Daphne cow family.

Kykso Daune is listed as the cow with the second largest blood share in the South African population. The influence of Daune on the population via Hadau and via progeny of Hadau daughters is far less important than the contribution of the Hadau sons.

Kykso Hami MS93160 M: Kykso Mijal, a Kykso Dimal daughter from the Minka cow family. Mother Mijal turns 20 years of age in 2006 and still in herd. Hami sired the well known bulls: Kykso Miju, Kykso Hano and Kykso Hamger.
